Le 16 juin 2020, l’OMC a distribué le rapport du Groupe spécial chargé d’examiner l’affaire introduite par le Qatar “Arabie saoudite — Mesures concernant la protection des droits de propriété intellectuelle” (DS567).

Le 24 juillet 2020, l’OMC a distribué le rapport du Groupe spécial dans l’affaire introduite par la Fédération de Russie “Union européenne - Méthodes d’ajustement des frais et certaines mesures antidumping visant les importations en provenance de Russie (deuxième plainte)” (DS494).

On 8 May 1998, the US requested consultations with Mexico in respect of an anti-dumping investigation of high-fructose corn syrup (HFCS) grades 42 and 55 from the US, conducted by Mexico. The US alleged that on 27 February 1997, the Government of Mexico published a notice initiating this anti-dumping investigation on the basis of an application dated 14 January 1997 from the Mexican National Chamber of Sugar and Alcohol Producers. The US further alleged that on 23 January 1998, Mexico issued a notice of final determination of dumping and injury in that investigation, and consequently imposed definitive anti-dumping measures on these imports from the United States. The US contended that the manner in which the application for an anti-dumping investigation was made, as well as the manner in which a determination of threat of injury was made, is inconsistent with Articles 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 9, 10 and 12 of the Anti-Dumping Agreement.

On 14 December 2018 the Appellate Body issued its report in the cases brought by Mexico and the United States in “United States - Measures Concerning the Importation, Marketing and Sale of Tuna and Tuna Products — Second Recourse to Article 21.5 of the DSU by Mexico” (DS381).

On 21 March 2003, Antigua and Barbuda requested consultations with the US regarding measures applied by central, regional and local authorities in the US which affect the cross-border supply of gambling and betting services. Antigua and Barbuda considered that the cumulative impact of the US measures is to prevent the supply of gambling and betting services from another WTO Member to the United States on a cross-border basis. According to Antigua and Barbuda, the measures at issue may be inconsistent with the US obligations under the GATS, and in particular Articles II, VI, VIII, XI, XVI and XVII thereof, and the US Schedule of Specific Commitments annexed to the GATS.

On 15 October 1996, Mexico requested consultations with Guatemala in respect of an anti-dumping investigation commenced by Guatemala with regard to imports of portland cement from Mexico. Mexico alleged that this investigation was in violation of Guatemala’s obligations under Articles 2, 3, 5 and 7.1 of the Anti-Dumping Agreement.

On 31 March 2006, the European Communities requested consultations with Mexico concerning the imposition by Mexico of definitive countervailing measures on imports of olive oil from the European Communities.

El 07 de abril de 2005, el Órgano de Apelación hizo público el informe sobre el caso “Estados Unidos - Medidas que afectan al suministro transfronterizo de servicios de juegos de azar y apuestas”.

On 21 January 2021 the WTO circulated the panel report in the case brought by Korea in “United States — Anti-Dumping and Countervailing Duties on Certain Products and the Use of Facts Available” (DS539).

On 1 December 2008, Canada requested consultations with the United States concerning certain mandatory country of origin labelling (COOL) provisions in the Agricultural Marketing Act of 1946 as amended by the 2008 Farm Bill and as implemented through an Interim Final Rule of 28 July 2008. These include the obligation to inform consumers at the retail level of the country of origin in respect of covered commodities, including beef and pork. The eligibility for a designation of a covered commodity as exclusively having a US origin can only be derived from an animal that was exclusively born, raised and slaughtered in the United States. This would exclude such a designation in respect of beef or pork derived from livestock that is exported to the United States for feed or immediate slaughter.

On 6 February 2020 the Appellate Body issued its report in the case brought by Canada in “United States - Countervailing Measures on Supercalendered Paper from Canada” (DS505).

Le 22 octobre 2001, l’Organe d’appel a publié son rapport sur l’affaire “Mexique - Enquête antidumping concernant le sirop de maïs à haute teneur en fructose en provenance des États-Unis - Recours”.

On 11 July 2019 the WTO circulated two panel report in the cases brought by the United States in “Canada — Additional Duties on Certain Products from the United States” (DS557) and “Mexico — Additional Duties on Certain Products from the United States” (DS560).

On 20 July 2018 the WTO circulated the panel report in the case brought by Russia in “Ukraine — Anti-Dumping Measures on Ammonium Nitrate.

Le 14 novembre 2017, l’OMC a distribué le rapport du Groupe spécial sur l’affaire “États-Unis — Mesures antidumping visant certains produits tubulaires pour champs pétrolifères en provenance de Corée” (DS488), introduite par la Corée.

Le 28 janvier 2000, l’OMC a publié le rapport du Groupe spécial dans l’affaire “Mexique - Enquête antidumping concernant le sirop de maïs à haute teneur en fructose en provenance des États-Unis”.

Le 29 novembre 2005, l’Organe d’appel a publié son rapport sur l’affaire “Mexique - Mesures antidumping définitives visant la viande de bœuf et le riz”.

On 28 June 2018 the WTO circulated the panel report in the cases brought by Honduras, the Dominican Republic, Cuba and Indonesia in “Australia — Certain Measures Concerning Trademarks, Geographical Indications and Other Plain Packaging Requirements Applicable to Tobacco Products and Packaging.

Le 8 février 2022, l’OMC a distribué le rapport du Groupe spécial chargé d’examiner l’affaire “États-Unis — Mesure de sauvegarde visant les importations de gros lave-linge à usage domestique” (DS546), introduite par la République de Corée.

El 28 de junio de 2014 la OMC distribuyó el informe del Grupo Especial en los asuntos planteados por Honduras, la República Dominicana, Cuba e Indonesia “Australia — determinadas medidas relativas a las marcas de fábrica o de comercio, indicaciones geográficas y otras prescripciones de empaquetado genérico aplicables a los productos de tabaco y al empaquetado de esos productos” (DS435, DS441, DS458 y DS467)

On 13 April 2022, the WTO circulated the panel report in the case brought by Mexico in “Costa Rica — Measures Concerning the Importation of Fresh Avocados from Mexico” (DS524).
