On 5 March 2024, the WTO circulated the panel report in the case brought by Malaysia in “European Union and Certain Member States — Certain measures concerning palm oil and oil palm crop-based biofuels” (DS600).

On 17 April 2023, the WTO circulated three panel reports in the cases brought by the European Union, Japan and Chinese Taipei in “India — Tariff Treatment on Certain Goods in the Information and Communications Technology Sector” (DS582), “India — Tariff Treatment on Certain Goods” (DS584) and “India — Tariff Treatment on Certain Goods in the Information and Communications Technology Sector” (DS588) respectively.

On 19 June 2023, the WTO circulated the panel report in the case brought by Japan in “China — Anti-Dumping Measures on Stainless Steel Products from Japan” (DS601).

El 27 de julio de 2023, la OMC distribuyó el informe del grupo especial encargado de examinar el asunto “República Dominicana — Medidas antidumping sobre barras de acero corrugadas” (DS605) planteado por Costa Rica.

Le 13 juillet 2023, les parties ont notifié à l'OMC qu'elles étaient parvenues à une solution convenue d'un commun accord aux questions soulevées dans les deux différends. Conformément à l'article 12:7 du Mémorandum d'accord, les groupes spéciaux se sont bornés, dans leurs rapports, à exposer succinctement les affaires et à faire savoir que des solutions avaient été trouvées.

On 19 December 2023, the WTO circulated the panel report in the case brought by the United States in “Turkey — Additional Duties on Certain Products from the United States” (DS561).
