About the WTO

On 17 April 2023, the WTO circulated three panel reports in the cases brought by the European Union, Japan and Chinese Taipei in “India — Tariff Treatment on Certain Goods in the Information and Communications Technology Sector” (DS582), “India — Tariff Treatment on Certain Goods” (DS584) and “India — Tariff Treatment on Certain Goods in the Information and Communications Technology Sector” (DS588) respectively.

Le 17 avril 2023, l’OMC a distribué les trois rapports des Groupes spéciaux chargés d’examiner les différends “Inde — Traitement tarifaire de certaines marchandises du secteur des technologies de l’information et de la communication” (DS582), “Inde — Traitement tarifaire de certaines marchandises” (DS584) et “Inde — Traitement tarifaire de certaines marchandises du secteur des technologies de l’information et de la communication” (DS588) introduits respectivement par l’Union européenne, le Japon et le Taipei chinois.

El 17 de abril de 2023, la OMC distribuyó tres informes de los grupos especiales en los asuntos planteados por la Unión Europea, el Japón y el Taipei Chino en “India — Trato arancelario de determinados productos del sector de la tecnología de la información y las comunicaciones” (DS582), “India — Trato arancelario de determinados productos” (DS584) e “India — Trato arancelario de determinados productos del sector de la tecnología de la información y las comunicaciones” (DS588), respectivamente.

El 19 de junio de 2023 la OMC distribuyó el informe elaborado por el grupo especial encargado del asunto planteado por el Japón “China — Medidas antidumping sobre productos de acero inoxidable procedentes del Japón” (DS601).
