About the WTO

On 8 August 2023, the WTO circulated two panel reports in the cases brought by India and the United States in “United States — Certain Measures on Steel and Aluminium Products” (DS547) and “India — Additional Duties on Certain Products from the United States” (DS585).

Le 24 août 2023, l’OMC a distribué le rapport du Groupe spécial dans l’affaire introduite par l’Australie “Chine — Mesures antidumping et compensatoires visant l’orge en provenance d’Australie” (DS598).

On 19 December 2023, the WTO circulated the panel report in the case brought by the United States in “Turkey — Additional Duties on Certain Products from the United States” (DS561).

Le 17 avril 2023, l’OMC a distribué les trois rapports des Groupes spéciaux chargés d’examiner les différends “Inde — Traitement tarifaire de certaines marchandises du secteur des technologies de l’information et de la communication” (DS582), “Inde — Traitement tarifaire de certaines marchandises” (DS584) et “Inde — Traitement tarifaire de certaines marchandises du secteur des technologies de l’information et de la communication” (DS588) introduits respectivement par l’Union européenne, le Japon et le Taipei chinois.
